Here are the main steps.

Filmyork planned destination weddings at some of the best wedding photoshoots and videography studios in Switzerland throughout Europe, the United Arab Emirates, India,and Sri Lanka for many beautiful couples from all around the world. 99% of our couples don't live at their wedding destination, and many of them do not get to visit it in person until just a few days before they tie the knot. We understand the exact challenges each couple goes through when planning their dream wedding from thousands of miles away.

So we get it—it is absolutely crucial to establish a relationship based on 100% trust with your wedding planner! That's where we step in—with our experience, great taste, and local wedding market knowledge—and yes, let's put it like this: with our sixth sense in understanding and magically transposing your wishes into an enhanced "best-time-ever" type of reality.

2. LET'S TALK

The discovery call

You love what you see in our portfolio and our approach so far is music to your ears. We couldn‘t be happier and cannot wait to embark on this journey together! So, let‘s see how we connect on a personal level. You‘re going to be „stuck“ with us for the next few months (or year(s)), so chemistry matters.
We are used to connecting with our couples on a deeply personal (read „FilmYork“) level, and a complimentary video conference will be the best way to understand if we‘re made for each other. We want to find out all about you during this call - do tell everything - how (s)he asked, how you met, why a destination wedding, what is your dearest vision for the big day, what are your must-have‘s and no-go‘s.

3. THE QUOTE

Let’s talk numbers!

Shortly after our first call, we'll send you a quote, along with our terms and conditions for the planning, design and coordination services.

Then it's up to you to let us know your decision - be it a reason for a happy dance (cause we'll be making some beauty happen together) or not, we would love to hear from you - we highly appreciate your feedback within one week.

Should you have any additional questions or concerns, we are happy to answer them by e-mail or we can of course schedule a follow-up call.




4. THE CONTRACT

Let's make it official!

Once we get your quote acceptance, we'll need to collect some personal data, to draft your contract.

Once this step is completed too, you will receive our service agreement for the planning, design and coordination. This is simply a combination of the quote details and our terms and conditions.

We require your signature(s) electronically in this case, too.








5. THE RETAINER

One more step to go.

After the contract is signed, you will receive the first invoice, and we kindly ask you to pay our booking fee.

After receipt of payment, we are officially in business together.
